First, review who you consider an influencer. It’s okay to ask for statistics on their audience breakdown. Sure a gorgeous female swim model might be a great influencer but what if their audience is actually all men and you’re trying to sell something that more females would be likely to buy? Not ideal.
Listen to feedback from influencers. If they’re sharing a sincere worry or doubt, hear them out. They know their audience better than you do – they also can tell you what types of post perform better than others.
Be clear with your objectives and how they will be measured. This is super critical and shouldn’t be an after thought!
