Now that you have the foundation laid out of your brand, it’s time to maintain and manage your brand. Brand management is key for growth and development of a new or existing brand. I have included my top tips to help you grow your presence and start attracting new clients/followers while still showing love to those that already love what your brand has to offer.
Create your original content
By creating your own content, you’re able to share the knowledge and experience you bring to the table. This creates an opportunity to wow your audience while positioning yourself as an authoritative figure in your industry. This content will also help with your social media. Share your content on social media and link back to your website.
Get involved
If you are just posting and ghosting, you’re not giving your followers enough love! Build your brand by engaging with the right audience. Build online relationships and be social on social media to truly cultivate a community around your brand! You’ve got to be liking, commenting and sharing other peoples content. Don’t be afraid to join or start a conversation, just don’t stay vertical to your own profile. Answer questions, ask questions and be sure that you are encouraging your audience to engage and get involved with your brand.
Stay in the loop
Listen and monitor with industry news, monitor what works and what does not. Stay in the know and provide the latest industry news to your audience. Share what you know about your industry and build your brand while gaining the trust of your current and potential clients. Maintain and grow your brand by identifying what your audience reacts to and engages with most. Be a hub for new tips, advice and use this to add value to your brand. Don’t forget events, be sure you’re at buzz worthy events that will help unify your brand.
Partner up
Work with another brand to partner up! Piggy back off one another and feature their brand in front of your audience in exchange for some promotion or love to their audience. You could partner on an Instagram Live together, host a workshop with a similar brand or run a content in partnership with a similar brand.
