When our dream space became available on the third floor at 182 Wellington last year, the team at Brand Ambition knew it was time to move.. again! We were headed back to the top floor, to a bigger space in the building. We were leaving the cozy space we had and committing to daily treks up the stairs to our bright, open and loft-like work space. The plus side, our new office also connects to our new studio!
Fast forward to meeting our new neighbour, Jenna. Jenna moved into our old office and was ready to launch a new business in it. We worked with Jenna on the branding, the photography and the website for Yoga Jungle. Yoga Jungle is an aerial yoga studio located in Bowmanville. She has been using MindBody, a popular business management software for the wellness industry that allows online bookings and automation of client management too. This helps free up time for Jenna to teach!
Our old space has become her new space. She’s made an oasis of her own that welcomes everyone. People of all skill levels, shapes and sizes are able to try something new! Aerial yoga is not only an fun & new, must try experience… but there is a ton of health benefits to aerial yoga that you might not think of which includes balancing stress levels, your metabolism, cholesterol and so much more. Jenna invited our team in for a session in the Spring. The girls and I changed into our comfy clothes and went down to the old space. We were welcomed by Jenna, the diffuser was bumping some essential oils and a light soft ambience was created with soft music and of course – plants! This week, we went back for her aerial fit class!
We loved being in the hammocks, hanging upside down and stretching out muscles we don’t normally use. To end the session, Jenna guided us through a mini-meditation where we were able to reflect on the new experiences and express our sense of gratitude.
