I love supporting small brands, just as much as I love working with big brands! A lot of my clients are smaller businesses, makers, or start-ups and it’s really neat to get a client that’s creative, passionate and hustles hard!
Now, This & That Design Co. aren’t a client of mine but we did connect on Instagram! The mother/daughter team is based in Hamilton but was in Toronto recently for the buzz-worthy event, The Atelier Collective. I saw they were vending at the event, tossed some likes to their page and then got a DM about working with them! They have some super cute prints, including the one they sent me.
So what do they make? Handmade travel bags that are lined with water resistant fabric and are machine washable. Think of it like a kick-ass Ziploc bag. I’ve been using mine as a toiletry bag for my recent travels from Toronto to Bancroft to Gatineau to Ottawa. It’s my go-to for mini vacations, fits my essentials: sunscreen, lotion, face mist, wipes, etc. and is totally Instagrammable! I was lucky enough to receive the Swaying Palm Pouch which is totally on brand, bringing in that #plantlife vibe!
Stay tuned to my Instagram! As I am working with This & That Design Co. on a fun collab this summer; more details to come.
